We had an amazing experience working with Mona for our wedding. Everything went seamless and everyone had a great time. She was also very flexible with us as we are in the USA which made planning a bit more challenging at times. Also, the venue itself was beautiful, it made the perfect place for amazing photos! We had our wedding @ Iris City Plaza on 22/9/23 from 6pm - 10pm.. I remembered i enquired about the wedding venue via whatsapp with Mona . The moment i went to Iris City Plaza , i fell in love with the colour and deco of the pelamin .. Simple yet elegant ! And it just so happened that Mona was one of the wedding planners at Royal Palm before. So basically she knows me well on what i like and dislikes .. im glad to see her again , she's the best person i ever met . Very easy to liase with all the guidance throughout the planning process from the start till the end of our wedding .. Glad that we get to grab the Weekday promo which included an affordable package, along with the DJ/Emcee , a beautiful 2 Tier wedding cake, and door gifts. And to our Emcee/DJ Rakeen, glad we met again . He was very entertaining. He kept everyone engaged and ensured that the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable throughout the event. Food wise , depending on each of everyone taste bud . As we receive some feedbacks from our guest that some of the food is too dry , fried bee hoom taucho abit spicy etc. So basically overall was good but food wise may consider again ? We recently celebrated our wedding at Iris City Plaza on 02/09/2023, and it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we inquired about the venue, Obek Zaidi was incredibly helpful and attentive. His suggestions and willingness to go the extra mile, like helping my mum prepare a surprise tarian melayu, truly made our day special.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the food, with the sambal goreng pengantin being a crowd favorite!

To top it off, our Emcee, Rakeen,  was very entertaining. He kept everyone engaged and ensured that the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable throughout the event.

Our wedding at Iris City Plaza exceeded all expectations, and we are immensely grateful for the exceptional service and attention to detail. Thank you The Iris City Plaza for being so accommodating. From inquiring, payments, and final meet up with Obek Zaidi have been a smooth one. Obek is so generous with his services and kept checking on us if we need help in anything even when its days prior to our wedding! Always reminding us of not to forget what are the things that are on our list that needs to be prepared, or check with the vendors if they are aware of the confirmed date/timing and itinerary. Masha’Allah. These little things really helps alot for the bride and groom to keep in check and if they were to missed out on anything. Out utmost gratitude and thank you to Obek Zaidi for always being there for us in all of the preparations. May Allah bless Obek with abundance of happiness and wealth, Ameen! Calling all soon to be bride and groom, get iris as your vendor! Their food are amazainngggg and generous, our guests love it! The ballroom smells sooooo nice upon arrival and throughout the whole event! Importantly, it is spacious for everyone at one time! I didn’t even see any crowds standing around finding places to seat, but of course limitation to its number of seating provided. You guys must check them out! Clean, neat, spacious and smell good. Food - delicious and generous! My guests were all seen feeling very comfortable and chilled. They were all commenting that the food was great! And I vouched that the moment we had our dinner as husband and wife. 😅
